Please visit our delivery and returns page for information on shipping costs, delivery times and our returns address. Estimated delivery times are stated on each product. You will receive a tracking link from the courier once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
You can view the status of your order from the My Account page by clicking ‘My Orders’.
Pending or Processing – your order has been accepted and our fulfilment team will be sending it out asap.
Complete – your order has been shipped and you will receive a tracking link from our courier once it has been scanned at their depot.*
*Please note only standard delivery orders will receive this. Small items sent using Royal Mail (samples, cards) will not receive a tracking link.

Yes, we will be happy to help create an interior design scheme for your home. We can provide a home measuring service for curtains and blinds as well as a full design service including beautiful wallpaper, bespoke cushions, furniture, and accessories. Yes, you can buy Gift Cards online. We offer a physical Gift Card you can receive in the post.
