Costs can vary for highlands and islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.

We also offer express delivery for in-stock items delivered within the United Kingdom. This is a next working-day service for orders placed before 1pm, Monday – Friday. When placing your order through the website you will be presented with the delivery options available relative to your basket contents.

 

Important Information

All parcels sent by courier must be signed for on delivery. In the event that this is not possible, yours goods may be sent back to the local depot and a collection card left for you.

We occasionally offer exclusive FREE DELIVERY to our email. This offer applies to standard UK mainland delivery only and is one use per customer. To take advantage of our exclusive offers in the future simply subscribe to our newsletters

 

How long will my goods take to be delivered?

We aim to deliver within the UK 3–5 working days. (Excludes orders containing bespoke items, cut fabric or furniture.)  We are unable to specify a particular delivery time, however if your item is being delivered by courier you will receive an email with a tracking link and your local depot information.

We also offer express delivery for in-stock items delivered within the United Kingdom. This is a next-working day service for orders placed before 1pm.

During peak times (Sales, Black Friday and Christmas) delivery may take longer. Please contact enquries@howsondesigninteriors.co.uk if you would like to enquire about the status of a delivery.

Furniture orders will take longer and we will contact you to arrange delivery.

Please note if an item is temporarily out of stock, your entire order may be held until we receive all items.

 

RETURNS

At Howson Design we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. We understand however that occasionally you may want to return items. If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us, in its original condition within 28 days for a full refund, excluding original delivery fees. Please note, we are unable to refund the cost of returning unsuitable items or cancelled orders.

 

1. RETURNING ITEMS:

Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. If you would like to return your purchase, please include your name and order reference, and send to:

2. DAMAGED ITEMS:

Any damages to your order must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt via email or letter. It will expedite resolution if you are able to include photographs of the damaged items. Please contact enquires@howsondesigninteriors.co.uk

 

3. FAULTY ITEMS:

If you are returning a faulty item we will deal with your enquiry on a case by case basis. We will of course endeavour to replace the item, however if we no longer stock the item we will either find you a suitable replacement or offer a refund.

 

Unfortunately we are unable to give refunds on the following items:

 

  1. Unwanted items returned after 28 days from the day of receipt.
  2. Damaged items not notified to us by email within 48 hours of receipt
  3. All bespoke products including made-to-measure curtains and blinds, upholstery, furniture, bed linen and personalised items.
  4. Any orders of fabric by the metre
  5. Gift Cards

 

This does not affect your statutory rights.
